7.2 By registering, you agree to receive promotional communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
8.ORDERING AND PAYMENT
8.1 Users can place orders via the Site and choose from available payment methods, including online payments and cash on delivery.
8.2 Upon order confirmation, Utopia Fresh will update you with delivery details.
9.CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER
9.1 Orders may be canceled by the customer before the cutoff time for the selected delivery slot.
9.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. Repeated fraudulent activity will result in account suspension.
10.REFUNDS & RETURNS
10.1 Utopia Fresh follows a "no questions asked" return policy at the time of delivery. Customers may return products if unsatisfied with quality or freshness.
10.2 Refunds will be issued as a credit to the user’s Site account for future purchases.
11.CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
